The purchased products can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receiving the shipment. During this time, you can try the product and examine it as you would in a physical store.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it, complete with the original packaging and all additional components.
How to Request a Return?

In your request, you will need to provide: name and surname, order number, reason for the return, and specify whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Together, we will agree on a day and a time slot (at least 4 working hours) to book a collection of the goods with one of our couriers, at our expense.
Refunds
Once the returned product arrives in our warehouses, we will carry out an inspection to verify the conditions and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless it is cash on delivery; in this case, the refund will be made by bank transfer or another tracked method to be agreed. The refund will be issued within 3-5 days of the product returning to the office.
Replacement
Once the returned product arrives in our warehouses, we will carry out an inspection to check the problems reported by the customer. Subsequently, we will reship a new identical item within 3 working days (subject to product availability), using the same shipping methods and times as the original order. If the item is not available, we will offer the customer a refund to avoid long waits.
